 I believe in taking a Client-Centered approach in my practice. Connecting with my clients and understanding their background to help navigate current life challenges. As a therapist, I get little time to work with clients on developing new skills and teaching them how to use them in their everyday life. The real work begins with the client as they take the skills out of the office and use them to enhance their daily life. 

Yes, I offer the option to pay with insurance, and I have a self pay option.

I am currently able to take Aetna, Cigna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health

I expect to be able to add other companies to this list in the future.  If you click on the consultation link at the top of the page, Headway will be able to help you figure out if your insurance company works with me.  

I have the ability to accept all major credit cards, Flex Spending Cards, or I can accept cash.  If you use insurance, Headway will accept your payment. 

Yes, I have the ability to do Telehealth appointments.  This allows us to meet regularly online or  when life happens, and you are unable to come to an in-person appointment.
